Within the framework of this contract, the Company announces that the first orders for the new innovative product, developed and realized based on technical specifications shared with the customer and suitable for utility-scale installations at the international level, have been formalized.
Specifically, this pertains to the Sunway TG 2000-BESS, an innovative inverter specifically designed for high-performance storage applications. The product, entirely developed and produced in Italy, will be compatible with major international regulations and will thus be usable in all markets of interest
to the Company, including the USA. The product will be officially presented at the Intersolar 2024 Fair, which will be held in Munich from June 19 to 21, 2024, where Enertronica Santerno will participate as an exhibitor.

The receipt of these orders, in line with the timing anticipated in the framework agreement, envisages a total supply of 60 MW for a value of approximately €2 million. The orders will be executed over the course of the current year, and therefore, they will fall within the competence of 2024.

The framework agreement has an overall value of approximately €40 million, and the supplies are spread over a period of 30 months, starting gradually from the fourth quarter of 2023.
