(“EGM”), herby communicates that it has signed with STE Energy S.r.l., a leading Italian EPC contractor with whom nertronica Santerno has relations for many years and with whom it is confident hat it can have further successes in the future both nationally and internationally, a contract for the supply of photovoltaic power stations.

The power stations will be destined for the construction of a major Italian photovoltaic plant, confirming recovery of the domestic market. In general, According to what has emerged from the major sector studies, the photovoltaic market should experience decisive growth in new installations at global level, despite the difficulties in procurement of certain components, such as polysilicon, copper and steel. The Italian photovoltaic sector is still nowhere near achievement of the generation targets envisaged by the national policies up to 2030, necessary to proceed with energy transition and to reduce the generation of electricity from fossil fuels, so this offers a major market opportunity.

The supply, providing total capacity of around 20MW, is worth approximately Euro 0.9 million. Delivery of the power stations is planned for 2022, so the economic effects of the contract will be reflected on the financial.
statements of that year.
