Enertronica Santerno awarded of a 40 MW supply agreement in Panama

Enertronica Santerno S.p.A. (“Enertronica” or the “Company”), a company listed on the AIM Italian market, a multilateral trading system, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“AIM Italia”), announces that it has been awarded of a supply agreement for 40 MW of power conversion units related to two photovoltaic plants to be built in Panama.
The value of supply agreement is approximately 2,2 million Euros and the delivery is scheduled for the second half of 2020.

Including this supply agreement, in the 2020 the total of MW installed by Enertronica Santerno in Panama rise to about 130 MW, making the Company one of the first operators in the country and confirming the role of leader in its sector for renewables in Latin America. Considering said supply agreement the total MW managed in O&M by the Panama subsidiary will be about 90 MW.
