Energy storage system
Sunway™ TG2000 BESS is the new bidirectional inverter that Enertronica Santerno has specifically designed for utility-scale applications in the storage sector, with particular attention to reliability, power density, and flexibility of use.
The extremely wide operating DC voltage range allows for full compatibility with all types of batteries currently on the market, and its four-quadrant operation contributes to the optimization of system arrangements, resulting in cost reduction and maximization of system efficiency. The design effort has also extended to the functionalities, which, in addition to being certified for the most recent international grid codes, integrate advanced grid support operating modes, such as, among others, Grid Forming, Black Start, and Virtual Inertia.

Modular Architecture
Designed for reliability and flexibility, it boasts a modular architecture and the elimination of electrolytic capacitors, ensuring maximum efficiency. Its flexibility is guaranteed by a wide DC voltage range, making it fully compatible with every type of battery. Furthermore, it supports the grid with advanced functionalities such as Grid Forming and Black Start (optional), and it is certified for four-quadrant operation. The robust design is completed by an IP55/NEMA3R degree of protection for outdoor installation.
