Enertronica Santerno S.p.A. (“Enertronica Santerno” o “Company”), a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“EGM”), herby communicates that its subsidiary Enertronica Santerno Inc. has signed with a leading renewable energy operator active in North America and Western Europe, a revamping contract for the supply of photovoltaic inverters.
The supply, of about 40 inverters on one photovoltaic system located in Imperial Valley, California – USA, is worth approximately $ 1.6 million. Delivery of the photovoltaic inverters is planned for 2022, so the economic effects of the contract will be reflected on the financial statements of that year.
The signing of the agreement is of particular importance not only for the importance of the individual commercial opportunity but, above all, because it strengthens the offer to the market of a new way of providing services related to extraordinary maintenance interventions and, therefore, characterized by higher added value.
