Enertronica Santerno: the final contract has been signed for the supply (announced already last June) of around 16 MW in storage inverters, for a value of approximately Euro 2.5 million

Enertronica Santerno S.p.A. (“Enertronica Santerno” or “Company”), listed on the AIM Italia market, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“AIM Italia”), further to the announcement of 22 June 2021, concerning preliminary awarding of the contract for supply of 16 MW of highcapacity storage inverters, is announcing today that the final contract has been signed.

It is noted that preliminary awarding of the supply contract, worth around Euro 2.5 million and with delivery planned during 2022, was subject to a condition precedent dependent upon activities to be performed by the other party, which have been the subject of legal negotiation. The supply, which is being made by one of the world’s leading operators in the energy sector, involves the production of not only the inverters, but also the control algorithms for management of the storage system and the relative energy flows.

The plant will be built in Italy and will be one of the largest energy storage installations, in terms of its dimensions, present in the country.
