Enertronica Group sings two new contracts in Chile for the supply of PV inverters at a value of about 20 million USD

Enertronica Santerno S.p.A. (“Enertronica Santerno” o “the Company”), company quoted on AIM Italia, investment market dedicated to SME managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (“AIM Italia”), announces that, together with its subsidiary Enertronica Santerno Inc., they have signed two contracts for the manufacturing and supply of PV inverters for a total of approximately 360 MW that will be delivered to two solar parks situated in Chile.

With the aforementioned contracts, the Company’s sales order pipeline today surpasses the 50% of the total orders signed in 2019. In particular, compared to the press release of 14 November 2019, on the occasion of the contract signed for the supply of 40 MW in Panama, the total orders up to this day exceeds 400 MW. These contracts will increase the total installed capacity of Enertronica Santerno in Latin America to 1.2 GW by the end of 2020.

The total value of the project, signed with the world’s leading operator in the sector, is around $20 million. The start of production is expected in the first half of this year, with a completion of deliveries forecasted within the first months of 2021. The economic value of the order, therefore, will be mainly distributed over the 2020 financial year.
